Krark Clan Ironworks+Grinding Station+Genesis Chamber+2x Myr Retriever
Sacrifice a Myr Retriever to Krark Clan Ironworks, then sacrifice the other to Grinding Station, and return the first to your hand. But when you played the Myr Retreivers you got two 1/1's, both of which you can sacrifice to Krark Ironworks, getting the mana for the myr retrievers. Repeat until opponent has no cards left in his/her library.

I created that deck, in the mirrodin core set, but this combo only works with another cards, if you don´t have those cards, your are so much vulnerable for the attacking creatures, to create the combo you need a very high speed to get your defense...
